R.C. Durr - Senior Centers

Volunteers will transform the gym into a Country theme for our Annual Senior Dance. If you like to decorate and throw fun parties this may be the event for you! Saturday, April 25th, event is at 3:00 pm. Volunteers Needed: Setting up tables and chairs: Decorating tables, decorating walls in a country theme. Hours for set up are 12-2:30 pm at the R.C. Durr YMCA. Report to Senior Center. Snack and beverage table: Help serve drinks and beverages during the event. Hours for event volunteer are 2:45-6 pm at the R.C. Durr YMCA. Report to the Gymnasium. Clean up after event: Clearing decorations and removing tables and chairs from gym. Hours for clean up are 6-7 pm at the R.C. Durr YMCA. Report to Gymnasium.
