Do you love baseball? Want to help kids, ages 3-9, learn to love it too? We have many volunteer opportunities for our spring baseball program. Coaches are needed to teach the fundamentals of baseball, good sportsmanship and to lead their teams in practice and in games. The season will run from June 1st through July 23rd. HOW TO REGISTER: 1. If you received an invitation to coach and have spoken to Aly Wilking, Program Coordinator scroll down to HOLD A POSITION and select BASEBALL COACH - ASSIGNED BY Y STAFF and click the blue volunteer button to register. 2. If you have not spoken to a Y Staff member: Scroll down to HOLD A POSITION and click on the blue VOLUNTEER button with BASEBALL COACH- I'M INTERESTED IN COACHING! A member of the Volunteer Staff will reach out to you to schedule a time to discuss the volunteer role, necessary background check, training and logistics of the league.
