Gamble-Nippert YMCA

Gamble-Nippert YMCA recently opened a new Teen Space, and we’re looking for caring volunteers to spend time with teens in the afternoons. As a Teen Mentor, you’ll build positive connections through conversation, games, and homework help while encouraging participation in programs and modeling healthy choices. You’ll also support staff in creating a safe, welcoming environment. We are specifically looking for volunteers Mondays and Wednesdays from 3pm - 6:30pm. Volunteers must be 18 or older and complete a YMCA application, background check, and brief orientation. This is a great opportunity to make an impact in your community, gain youth mentoring experience, and even earn service hours.
