Do you have a passion for reading and enjoy sharing with others your thoughts and insights about the books your read? Volunteers are needed to coordinate the monthly Wise Book Club. We are looking for someone who will lead each group session, coordinate monthly book discussion and notifications. Throughout the pandemic book club was held via Zoom. HOW TO REGISTER: A. First, Schedule an INTERVIEW: Scroll down to HOLD A POSITION - Book Club Leader - I'm Interested! and click on the blue VOLUNTEER button. A member of the Volunteer Staff will reach out to you to schedule an interview to discuss the volunteer role, necessary background check and training. B. Then, the Y Staff will Assign you a Position as the Book Club Leader: Once your interview is complete, you will be assigned a position and given a schedule and instructions on how to record your hours when you arrive.
