Calling All Music Enthusiasts! Do you eat, sleep, and breathe music? Love sharing your passion with the next generation of artists? If you’ve got skills in music production or audio engineering, we need YOU at the Music Resource Center! As a Studio & Music Production Volunteer, you'll help our students unleash their creativity through: * Songwriting magic * Beat-making brilliance * Intro to recording software (GarageBand & Logic Pro) * Live sound wizardry * Multitrack recording mastery Join us in making music dreams a reality—and maybe even lay down a track or two yourself! 🎤✨ Volunteers donate their time one day a week for at least 2-4 hours, and schedules may vary depending on the volunteer availability and student interest. Our students come from various different walks of life and have different musical interests, goals, and skill levels. Volunteers excel at MRC by meeting each individual where he or she is and being open to creating a fun and educational learning experience for teens that makes them want to come back. A member of the MRC staff will contact you shortly to discuss the volunteer tasks and schedules and answer any questions you may have.
