R.C. Durr - Senior Centers

Volunteers are needed to help coordinate art class that allows people to explore their creative side. It is helpful if you have experience with your particular project area and are able to guide others with creativity with a specific medium. Art classes take place on Monday afternoons, 11:30 am to -2:30 pm. HOW TO REGISTER: A. First, Schedule an INTERVIEW: Scroll down to HOLD A POSITION and click on the blue VOLUNTEER button next to Art Instructor - I'm Interested in Volunteering! A member of the Senior Center Staff will reach out to you to schedule an interview to discuss the volunteer role and training necessary. B. Then, you will be scheduled a Position AFTER your interview: Once your interview is complete and you are assigned the position, a Y Staff Member will register you in the HOLD A POSITION - Art Instructor - Assigned project. Your Y staff supervisor will work with you to set up your schedule and your orientation. Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Y and the Senior Center.
