🌈 Join the YMCA's Pride Employee Resource Network as we walk in the Cincinnati Pride Parade on Saturday, June 27th. Dress in your best Pride accessories and come ready to walk (or dance) your way along the 1.7-mile parade route through downtown Cincinnati. The Parade steps off downtown at 11 a.m. The route begins at 7th and Plum, travels down Vine St past Fountain Square, and ends at the Cincinnati Pride 2026 Festival at Sawyer Point and Yeatman's Cove. Important information the Y Team Volunteers will need to know: 🌈 Arrival • Plan to meet in the Parking lot BEHIND Central Parkway Y at 9 am to receive your t-shirt. Then we will walk as a group over to 7th Street and Central Avenue at 10 am. Our lineup spot is TBD under our name, ‘YMCA of Greater Cincinnati.’ 🌈 Parade Route • The route is approximately 1.7 miles long. • Please Do NOT STOP at intersections. 🌈 End of Route • At the end of the parade, all parade participants on foot must enter Yeatman’s Cove. You are free to enjoy the festival once the parade ends after a quick group huddle. • Please do not block the entrance to Yeatman’s Cove. 🌈 Attire and Handouts • You are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes and clothing that are festive, fun, and reflect who you are. Please keep in mind that you are representing the YMCA. • YMCA Pride shirts will be guaranteed to only those registered before May 26. • Bring water to stay hydrated. It will be hot! • Wear and bring sunscreen! • Additional Pride swag and giveaways will be provided. 🌈 Communication • Once registered, you will be added to a GroupMe for further communications for this event. • Our YMCA delegation marshals this year are Emily Andersen and Meredith Ramstetter.
