A Y Small Group Leader helps to enhance the Y's mission, fosters relationships, promotes belonging, and provides a space for members to feel spiritual/personal achievement. Volunteers have the opportunity to enhance their own knowledge and use and develop their own leadership skills and passions. Y Groups are created based on common interests and passions and the leader helps to coordinate meetings/activities and provides general ongoing support to the group.
