🏊🚴🏃 Tri at the Y – Volunteers Needed! Help us make the Tri at the Y Triathlon at Gamble-Nippert Y on Saturday, March 15th a smooth and exciting event! Whether you're cheering on participants or playing a key role behind the scenes, we’d love your help in making this day a success. Volunteer Roles: ✅ Set Up The Day Before – Help set the space and snack room for an amazing event ✅ Lap Counters & Time Recorders – Track swim laps & record times ✅ Spin Distance Recorders – Monitor and log cycling distances ✅ Treadmill Verifiers – Confirm running distances 📅 Volunteer Opportunities: Friday, March 14th - 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm - Set Up Team Saturday, March 15th - 7 am to 10 am Timers and Cheer Squads!
