Join us at the Y for Go Local, Crossroads Church Day of Service on Saturday, May 16th, 9am - 1pm. Join us for a day to come together to restore and refresh our outdoor spaces! We will be building a wooded amphitheater for summer day camp, team building, and Christian emphasis is a serene and inspiring outdoor gathering space nestled among towering trees. Designed to foster reflection, connection, and growth, it features rustic seating, a natural stage, and a peaceful backdrop of nature’s beauty. Whether used for campfire worship, group discussions, or team-building activities, the amphitheater provides a sacred and welcoming environment where faith, friendship, and personal development flourish. Volunteer Tasks: ✅ Help build benches and a stage in wooded area to provide our community with wooded amphitheater for summer day camp, team building, and Christian emphasis is a serene and inspiring outdoor gathering space. ✅ Spreading Mulch / Prep Wooded Path – Improve pathways and landscaping by adding fresh mulch and a clear path to the amphitheater area as well as general path prep to help our upgraded area to be ready for all.
