Dive into the action and help make our water aerobics classes a great experience for everyone! As a Water Aerobics Volunteer, you’ll support our amazing instructors and participants by: * Welcoming members with a warm smile * Helping set up pool equipment like noodles, weights, and kickboards * Assisting with post-class cleanup and keeping the pool area tidy and safe With instructor approval, you might also: * Lead a water routine * Demonstrate moves in or out of the water * Support individual participants during exercises You’ll always be fully supported and supervised by Y staff. It’s a fun way to stay active, build community, and bring positive energy to every splash! 💦💧 HOW TO REGISTER: A. First, Schedule an INTERVIEW: Scroll down to HOLD A POSITION - Water Aerobics Volunteer- I'm Interested! and click on the blue VOLUNTEER button. A member of the Volunteer Staff will reach out to you to schedule an interview to discuss the volunteer role, schedules, your availability, and the training needed. B. Then, the Y Staff will place you in the Assigned Position and give you a schedule for participation and instructions on how to record your hours when you arrive.
