Join us for a two-day volunteer experience on May 15 & 16 and be a part of bringing Rally Day to life! What is Rally Day? Rally Day is a critical training event for all summer staff across the association - from lifeguards to camp counselors and beyond. It sets the tone for the entire summer, equipping staff with the tools, confidence, and connection they need to create safe, meaningful, and memorable experiences for kids and families. It’s also a unique opportunity to bring together team members from every branch, building a shared sense of purpose and belonging before the busy season begins. 🤝 Volunteers play a key role in making Rally Day run smoothly. Sign up for one day or both, and help build something amazing—together at the Y! 📅 Friday, May 15 (1:00–4:00 PM) – Prep Day Help set the stage by arranging tables and chairs, refreshing the pool deck, assembling supplies, and supporting indoor/outdoor setup. 📅 Saturday, May 16 (8 am to 5:00 pm) – Event Day Be part of the big day and help create a smooth, welcoming, and energizing experience for all participants. Event Day Roles Include: - Registration and check-in support - Parking lot direction and traffic flow - Welcome ambassadors to greet and guide participants - Lunch service distribution and clean up - Event clean-up Your time and energy help create a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment where staff can prepare to make a meaningful impact on hundreds of youth in our community.
