Join your Y family for a summer of Pool Party celebrations filled with family fun, community connection, and unforgettable memories! We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help create a welcoming and exciting experience for members and guests at each event. Volunteers can choose from several roles throughout the evening, including: 🌊 Setup Team (2:30–4:00 PM) - Help transform the pool area with decorations, activity stations, signage, tables, and event supplies. 🌭 Food & Grill Team (4:00–6:30 PM) - Assist with grilling, serving food, restocking supplies, and helping families enjoy a great meal. 🎲 Games & Activity Team (4:00–6:30 PM) - Lead themed games, assist at activity stations, manage the photo booth, and help create a fun, engaging atmosphere for children and families. 🧹 Cleanup Team (6:30–7:30 PM) - Help pack up decorations, organize supplies, clean event areas, and leave the facility ready for the next day. Each party makes a splash with its own unique theme, activities, and surprises! 🤠 June 25 - Cowboys, Cowgirls & Cannonballs Round up the family for a western-themed evening featuring cowboy fun, themed games, and plenty of cannonball contests. 🦈 July 15 - Sharks & Minions A silly summer mashup of shark-themed activities and everyone's favorite yellow troublemakers, complete with games, photo opportunities, and family-friendly fun. 🏖️🎒 August 13 - Beachballs & Backpacks Celebrate the end of summer and get ready for the school year with beach-themed activities, family games, and back-to-school excitement. Whether you're decorating, grilling, leading games, or helping behind the scenes, your support helps create a memorable experience for hundreds of Y families. Come make a splash and help bring these summer celebrations to life!
