Do you love basketball? Want to help kids, ages 7-10, learn to love it too? We have many volunteer opportunities for our fall basketball program. Coaches are needed to teach the fundamentals of basketball, good sportsmanship and to lead their teams in practice and in games. The clinic will run from Oct 5th - 9th, from 6pm - 7:30pm. HOW TO REGISTER: 1. If you received an invitation to coach and have spoken to Nathan Siwicki, Sports Director, scroll down to HOLD A POSITION and select BASKETBALL COACH - ASSIGNED BY Y STAFF and click the blue volunteer button to register. 2. If you have not spoken to a Y Staff member: Scroll down to HOLD A POSITION and click on the blue VOLUNTEER button with BASKETBALL COACH- I'M INTERESTED IN COACHING! A member of the Volunteer Staff will reach out to you to schedule a time to discuss the volunteer role, necessary background check, training and logistics of the league.
