The Black and Latino Achievers program is an immersive college and career readiness initiative that empowers students to explore their identity, strive for academic excellence, grow in character, build cultural awareness, and give back through meaningful community service—all through dynamic, hands-on cluster workshops. Our volunteers, guest speakers, and partners are the heart of Y Achievers. By sharing their knowledge and experiences while leading workshops and activities, volunteers create a vital bridge between the corporate world, higher learning, and the local community that help our students prepare for their future! 📣 Want to Get Involved?
