Blue Ash YMCA

On Thursday, October 29, Blue Ash Y is hosting lots of fall fun at the Boo Fest Community Trunk or Treat! The event is from 5:30pm-7:30pm Community members and local business are invited to head to the Blue Ash Y, decorate their cars, bring candy and get ready to pass out lots of treats as lots of neighborhood costumed children parade by. Trunk or Treat Car Host: Volunteers are crucial to making this event a smashing time for our community. Volunteer your trunk on October 29, set up at 5:00pm, the event begins at 5:30pm. Help pass out candy to 250 children in the community. Each car needs ONE person to register on behalf of the group. Can't make the event? Help out before by stuffing thank you bags! Tuesday, October 27, 11:00am-12:00pm. Event Volunteers: We are also looking for volunteers to help with the following needs; Setup: 4:30pm - 5:30pm Welcome Committee: 5pm - 7pm Trunk or Treat: 5pm - 7:30pm (sign up instructions below) Monster Mash Dance DJ: 5:30pm - 7:30pm Clean Up: 7:30pm - 8pm TO REGISTER YOUR TRUNK AND TO LET US KNOW YOU WILL PARTICIPATE: Scroll down to the bottom of this page and click on the blue volunteer button next to Count My Trunk In! On Saturday, October 17th from 12pm to 2pm, Clermont Y is hosting a Community Trunk or Treat! Community members and local business are invited to head to the Clermont Y, decorate their cars, bring candy and get ready to pass out lots of treats as lots of neighborhood costumed children parade by. Volunteers are crucial to making this event a smashing time for our community. We are also looking for event volunteers to help with set up, helping with check in, and helping with games and activities. Event Volunteers are needed from 11:30am - 2:30pm. M.E. Lyons YMCA

Join us on Sunday, October 25th for our Floating Pumpkin Patch Family Boo Fest Event! We will be throwing 600 pumpkins in the pool for a floating pumpkin patch and then decorating! Don't forget your costume and enjoying trunk trick or treating, photo booth, crafts, games and lots of fun! The event runs from 3 pm to 5 pm. Volunteers are needed to make this a haunting success! Check out some of the fun & games that will take place, pick a volunteer role, and sign up today! You don't want to miss this faBOOlous time! Volunteer Shifts: Event Set Up: 12pm - 1pm Activities Help (pumpkin patch, games, trunk or treating): 1pm - 3pm Event Clean Up: 4pm - 6pm Trunk or Treat Car Host: Arrive at 12:30pm to set up and decorate, trunk or treating begins at 1pm! One person per car is required to register. Whether you can lend a hand with pumpkin decorating, the trunk or treat, or help with set up and clean up, your support would be greatly appreciated. Help us make BooFest a spook-tacular celebration for the whole family on Friday, October 23rd! We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help bring this favorite YMCA fall tradition to life. BooFest is packed with games, face painting, a Trunk-or-Treat, costumes, candy, and plenty of Halloween fun for kids and families. Volunteers can decorate and host a trunk, help with games and activities, paint faces, greet families, hand out treats, or lend a hand wherever the fun is happening! Come in costume, bring your energy, and volunteer with us! It's going to be a BOOtiful evening of laughter, connection, and making great memories together. 🎃🧡🎃🧡🎃🧡🎃🧡🎃🧡🎃🧡🎃🧡🎃🧡🎃 🚗 Ready to decorate your car and fill it with treats? REGISTER YOUR TRUNK HERE!
