On Thursday, October 23, Blue Ash Y is hosting lots of fall fun at the Boo Fest Community Trunk or Treat! The event is from 6pm - 8pm Community members and local business are invited to head to the Blue Ash Y, decorate their cars, bring candy and get ready to pass out lots of treats as lots of neighborhood costumed children parade by. Trunk or Treat Car Host: Volunteers are crucial to making this event a smashing time for our community. Volunteer your trunk on October 23rd, set up at 5:30pm, the event begins at 6pm. Help pass out candy to 250 children in the community. Each car needs ONE person to register on behalf of the group. Can't make the event? Help out before by stuffing thank you bags! π Gamble-Nippert YMCA Trunk-or-Treat Night Friday, October 24th | 5:30 PM β 7:30 PM Join us for a spook-tacular evening of fall fun! Volunteers will help create a safe and festive environment for families to enjoy our annual Trunk-or-Treat celebration. Activities include: Trunk-or-Treat Car Host: Decorate car trunks and pass out candy to excited trick-or-treaters. Costume Contest: Help organize participants and cheer on the fun as the contest kicks off at 6:15 PM β big prize for the winner! Pumpkin Decorating: Support kids as they paint and decorate pumpkins (no carving β just paints, stickers, and creativity!). Monster Mash Dance: Get the crowd moving with kid-friendly DJ music. Field Game Zone: Help run Mummy Races, Spoon Relays, Ring Toss, Jenga, and more. Volunteers will assist with set-up, running activities, and clean-up. This is a perfect opportunity to connect with families, celebrate Halloween, and bring smiles to our community! On Saturday, October 25th, get ready to have a spooktacular time at the Haunted Grove for Highland County YMCA Spooktacular Boo Fest Trunk or Treat! Join us for a hauntingly good DJ, thrilling trivia, monster mash dancing, and lots of delicious candy! The event is from 12pm - 2pm. Volunteers are needed starting at 11am to help with set up. Volunteers are crucial to making this event a smashing time for our community. The event will be fun for everyone, and training will be provided half an hour before the start. Volunteers are needed for: π Event Fun: Volunteers will help with set-up, clean-up, and the running of fun and games. π» Trunk or Treat Car Host: Community members and local businesses are invited to the Y to celebrate with the kiddos. On Saturday, October 25th from 12pm to 3pm, PCY is partnering with Springfield Township for the Fall Festival. Volunteers are asked to arrive at 11:30am for onboarding and training. The festival will feature a hay maze, pumpkin painting, hay ride, face painting, concessions, and family fun! Volunteers are crucial to making this event a smashing time for our community. PCY Volunteers are needed to provide support in the following areas: - Pumpkin Decorating - Concessions - Hay Rides - Monster Toss - DJ Games - Crafts - Face Painting The event will be held at Springfield Township's Arts Connect at 9158 Winton Road.
